The application process will require you to provide 3 references.

Professional Reference Form -
This
is to be filled out by a person that has been in a professional
relationship with the applicant. This should be someone who is
a current or ex-employer that was in a supervisory role over
you.

Ministry Reference Form
- This is to be filled
out by a person that has been in a ministry position and has
observed you as a leader in that ministry such as a pastor, FCA
leader, campus crusade for Christ leader, etc. This should be
someone who is older than you and has been in a supervisory role
over you.

Peer Reference Form
-
This is to be filled out by a person that is a peer such as a
roommate, friend from camp, etc. This should be someone who
is your age and could accurately evaluate your spiritual life in
regards to consistency and depth.
