We do interviews throughout the year, but most of our new staff are hired to begin in the fall school semester of each year. Beginning February 1, we will know where openings are for our local Chapters and allow local Boards to review recommended candidates. Our goal is to have each position filled by April 1. That said, our Staff needs are expanding and positions come open throughout the year.
KLIFE Ministries has zero tolerance for abuse. We take abuse seriously and do prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. To ensure the safety of the kids involved, completion of the application process is mandatory in our screening process. Interactions with youth will be monitored and a code of conduct must be signed and adhered to.
