At KLIFE, our staff build intentional relationships with students through small groups, clubs, and everyday life. Our desire is that students would know Jesus, love Him, walk in surrender to Him, and be equipped to point others to Him also.

What does it look like to be on KLIFE staff?

As a KLIFE staff member, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • INVEST IN STUDENTS - Build intentional relationships with students through small groups, clubs, one-on-one conversations, and everyday life.

  • EQUIP VOLUNTEER LEADERS - Recruit, encourage, and equip volunteer leaders who are committed to pointing students to Jesus.

  • LEAD LOCAL MINISTRY - Help plan programs, events, and opportunities that connect students and families to KLIFE.

  • ENGAGE THE COMMUNITY - Build relationships with parents, board members, and community partners who help make local ministry possible.
